Pokemon Diamond Rom - Freezing Problem?

Rom: Pokemon Diamond
I have been having some issues with this Rom. Every time I enter the very first gym and battle one of the trainers, and defeat 1 of their Pokemon, the game just freezes. Im not sure if this is an issue with the settings i'v changed on the emulator. I just changed the NDS Cartridge backup media to FLASH 512KBytes. Any additional information on this problem would be great. Please dont leave useless answers like "Get a real Nintendo DS and play it" because I have reasons for that problem.

now follow these steps-
first extract and install no$zoomer
now,open no$zoomer and find where you have installed no$gba and run on it
select the rom you want to play.....
hope this helps....you can even play the games in fullscreen mode using this emulator
